Earlier in July Gage turned 8 years old and chose to be baptized. It was both a special and a weird day. Special because he is growing up and trying so hard to do the right things. Special because so many people came to support us. Special because his Dad baptized him. Special because he had to be baptized twice because his knee came out of the water. Weird because I don't know how the last 8 years have gone so fast. Weird because I don't feel old enough to have an 8 year old. Weird because it was the first big milestone that my mom missed. Weird because I'm not as smart as I thought I'd be this far after my own baptism. Weird because in another 8 years he'll be preparing to serve a mission. (At least I hope so!)
I love that they are holding hands
I'm sure we could have chosen a better back drop
Claire was thrilled to have her picture taken
In honor of the big day Gage got his first suit and so did Tim! Well, Tim's first suit since we've been married. They both looked so handsome and yet I don't have a picture of them wearing them together. Lame!
