If there is any genre of music that captures emotions it is country music. I know many find it cheesy and for them I will give a joke.

What happens if you play country music backwards?

It's an old joke, I know, so I'll move on. Tim has been working a lot of overtime (cough slave labor cough cough) lately. I've been concerned because Gage has been drawing family pictures that don't include his dad and when I bring it to his attention he says, "he forgot." Luke has turned so naughty it's like he is mad at the world. Finally, last night he said, "I don't want my Dad to be at work." One of the saddest things I've ever seen is Gage trying to be tough and not cry when he's talking to his dad on the phone. Tim has worked these crunch times before so I don't know why this time is so different. Oh, I know, because it's the holidays and some idiot suit decided this would be a great time of year for a deadline. I wish I had a face that I could put to my anger. Ahem. But alas, this is the season of love and wouldn't you know it that Country Music came to the rescue. Timmy doesn't appreciate country music but I pretend that he does and loves this song as much as I do.
